Cavendish invites you to join us for our events for Non-Executive Directors. These events will be held at our offices at 1 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL. Each event will start at 9.00 am and end by 10.30 am. Your host will be Cavendish Chair, Lisa Gordon (xx). On each occasion, we are delighted that a guest speaker will join Lisa to cover subjects that will be of interest to NEDs. Please register for as many of these events that are of interest. Georgina Brittain, Managing Director, is a senior portfolio manager within the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Equity Group, based in London. Georgina joined the firm in 1995. She obtained a MA in Classics from the University of Oxford, and earned a Diploma in Law from City University, London. She is a qualified barrister.

Carol was appointed Executive Chairman of Maintel in November 2022. She has over 20 years’ experience in Senior Finance roles, gained in both private and public companies. Between 2011 and 2015 she held the position of CFO at SSP plc, the global software company. Prior to SSP plc, she was CFO at Electricity North West, and has also served as FD at The Tote, and at Stanley Leisure plc, acquiring significant knowledge of company strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancing.
